Why We Do This Work

Our passion for disability law comes from lived experience. Attorney Nancy Cavey watched her father fight through the pain and uncertainty of cancer, while Attorney Krysti Monaco’s mother has lived with multiple sclerosis. These experiences gave us more than legal motivation – they gave us empathy, compassion, and a profound understanding of the struggles our clients endure.
