Hartford Disability Income Protection Denied | Tampa Bay Hartford Disability Insurance Claims Denied Lawyers

When you decided to look for disability insurance coverage and went to Hartford's web page "The Hartford At Work – Calculate It" it answered questions about your household finances, how much money you spent and saved, and how you expected your income to grow.

But, the page did not tell you how often Hartford denied claims for short term or long term disabilty. It also did not tell you that Hartford would deduct from your gross short or long term disability benefits any Social Security disability you or your family
might get. They did not tell you the truth when you applied – why do you think they would pay you the Hartford disability benefits you are due when you become disabled?

If you are a Hartford disability policy holder who is thinking about filing a Hartford disability claim or whose short or long term disability benefits have been denied, contact Nancy Cavey, your Hartford disability insurance claim attorney, who is based in Tampa Bay.

Answering these broad-based questions isn't easy. Help is a phone call away. You can contact Nancy Cavey, an experienced long-term disability attorney at 727-894-3188.

    I’ll make this quick
I have exhausted my two appeals with the Hartford. I have reports from the surgeon that says I will be disabled after she did the operation (she rebuilt my back from L3to S1)3 years ago. I was paid LTD for two years. My payments stopped in Feb of this year. I was recommended for another surgery in August of this year . They wanted to rebuild again but starting at L2 and going to S1 as I have new reports that show severe damage. I have many case studys that show nerve damage from an infection and subsequent attempt to free nerve from scar. I had a Workplace anaylsis and they said that I can not work now, not in the future and if made to work I stand the chance of further damaging myself. It was also reported that I would be a major liability to any employer because of my disabilities.
