How We Will Work Together

First, Sharon or I, will review the facts of your case with you, ask you questions, and discuss your options. Once we have a clear understanding of your case, we will give you an opinion, including the chance of winning, what must be done to accomplish this and what problems we might have with your case. All cases are different, so our opinion will be based on what we think your best avenue of attack will be under the specific facts and circumstances of your case. We will explain your Social Security Disability rights to you, together with your obligations as a potential client of our office. We will let you know what we must do in order to prove your case and obtain your Social Security Disability benefits. We will explain the entire legal process to you so that you will understand what will happen from beginning to end.

We will also explain how we get paid for helping you. We take Social Security Disability cases on a contingency basis, which means that if we do not get you benefits we do not get paid. It is as simple as that. If you get Social Security benefits, our fee is based on 25% of your back benefits or $5,300, whichever is less. We will pay for the medical records and Residual Functional Forms in advance but you are expected to reimburse us for those costs regardless of whether we win your case or not. Those costs are in addition to our fee. We can work out a repayment plan if need be. At the conclusion of your Social Security Disability Rights Analysis, you will have the information you need to be able to make an informed decision about your case. You will leave our office confident and secure about the future and this will provide you with peace of mind during this troublesome time in your life. Even though the value of this personal one-on-one Social Security Disability Rights Analysis is greater than $300.00, we provide this analysis to your free of charge because we are committed to securing your Social Security disability benefits and are willing to put our time behind that commitment. Your Social Security Disability Rights analysis can supply you with the answers you need and is completely FREE and WITHOUT OBLIGATION. There will be no pressure exerted on you. We treat all potential clients with the same respect and courtesy we expect from you in return. We will explain to you your rights and the options available to you to secure your Social Security Disability benefits.
